Training and review of the State RegisterReady application. RegisterReady is the statewide special eeds database. Residents who may need extra assistance are encouraged to register themselves so that emergency managers and first responders can plan to provide assistance where needed. The training reviews how to register an individual or facility, access the data and sort, manipulate and map the data to be used during an emergency or disaster.

S420 Command and General Staff

This course is designed to prepare the student to function effectively in one of the command and general staff positions at the type 2 incident level. The course will require the application and demonstration of previously acquired knowledge and skills as an IMT or EOC member in one of the command and general staff positions. Students will be grouped as incident management teams throughout the class. Exercises focus on team interaction through simulations including mobilization, incident management, demobilization and transition to another incident management organization of a rapidly evolving all risk incident.
