Community Health Status Forum
The Partnership for a Healthy Community will host a Community Health Status Forum on Thursday, June 19 from 9 AM to 11 AM at Atlantic Cape Community College, Room M111A, 5100 Black Horse Pike, Mays Landing.
The forum will feature a presentation of the 2001-2002 Community Health Needs Assessment results. Participants will discuss the top health priorities identified by the study and receive a free tool kit that targets heart disease prevention.
The Partnership for a Healthy Community is dedicated to tracking local health trends and developing programs to improve health throughout Atlantic County.
