The Atlantic County Office of Highway Safety works with municipal law enforcement agencies, schools and public service organizations to develop highway safety educational programs and coordinates the application for state grants that promote both driver and pedestrian awareness. Additionally, the Office of Highway Safety compiles motor vehicle crash statistics for Atlantic County.

Graduated Drivers License Program
Every 10 minutes a teen crashes a motor vehicle in New Jersey and entirely too many of these teens tragically lose their lives. The Graduated License Program provides restrictions that reduce young driver exposure to crash risks including driving with other teens and driving at night.
