Donations Management

The amount of “stuff’ needed to operate during an emergency and assist our residents in recovery is overwhelming. The outpouring of generosity needs to be carefully managed to properly link donated resources to the people and organizations that need them. This program will review and detail the donations management process from the identification and requests for required resources to the acceptance, recording and warehousing of equipment and supplies and finally to the deployment of those supplies to the areas that they need to go. The goal of donations management is getting resources to the people that need them in an organized, efficient and effective manner.
