Successful Media Relations

This one day course is designed for all levels of law enforcement personnel who interact with media. The focus of this course will be to develop a media strategy beginning with a simple press release formula. Students will learn to use the formula to develop verbal statements and guide epress conferences. The course will culminate in a a mock press conference and critique. Class limited to 20.

This free, two-day course will focus on recognizing signs that someone may be considering self-harm and provide strategies for interventions as well as resources that are available for individuals in crisis.

Supervising the Field Training Officer

This course is designed for those personnel who serve or will serve as a supervisor of their agency's field training program for police, corrections or communications personnel. Surviving Hidden Weapons (LIFELINE TRAINING)
