Pleasantville Library Branch Cleared to Reopen on December 17
The Pleasantville Library branch of the Atlantic County Library System will reopen today, Thursday, December 17 and resume its normal hours of operation. The library had been temporarily closed late Tuesday, December 15 after it was reported that someone in the building had tested positive for COVID-19.
Contact tracing was immediately conducted and no close contacts or potential exposures were identified. County officials were told it was safe to reopen the facility and for employees to return to work. Additional deep cleaning and sanitization of the building was performed while it was closed.
