Atlantic County residents age 60 years and older are encouraged to enter original pieces of artwork in the 39th annual Atlantic County Senior Citizens Art Show for professional and non-professional artists. Art work will be exhibited from May 2 through May 20 at the Atlantic County Library/Ventnor, 6500 Atlantic Avenue.
“This show is a favorite among our residents, as both participants and appreciative patrons. It is a wonderful way to showcase the talents and contributions of our seniors,” stated Dennis Levinson, Atlantic County Executive. “If you’ve never experienced it, I encourage you to do so; you won’t be disappointed.”
Winning entries in the juried show will advance to the state competition. Entries must have been created within the past three years and have not been previously entered in this competition. Categories include: acrylic, craft, digital imagery, mixed media, oil, pastel, photography, drawing/print, sculpture and watercolor.
