Atlantic County Celebrates Public Health Week

The Division of Public Health will celebrate Public Health Week, April 6-12, with an employee walk and the presentation of the annual Public Health Partnership Awards. Both events will take place on Friday, April 11 at the Stillwater Building, 201 South Shore Road, Northfield.

More than 60 employees from the Division of Public Health are expected to participate in the walk to promote healthy eating and active living. The walk will begin at 2:30 pm followed by the awards reception at 3:00 pm in the Bridge Meeting Room. County Executive Dennis Levinson will present awards to individuals in the community who have teamed up with Public Health to make Atlantic County a healthier place.
