First Steps Rifle Time: 8:30 AM

The First Step Rifle course provides a general overview of the Rifle. The course includes our range orientation. It will also provide operation information on the shooters specific Rifle. The participant will learn general firearms safety and participate in a live fire exercise with our instructors. This course is required for all new members before they are permited to shoot on the rifle range. The cost is $40. You will need note taking materials, your rifle and 20 to 50 rounds of ammunition for this course. Junior members who have attained their tenth birthday but are under the age of fourteen are restricted to 22 rim fire firearms. **** Please Note **** Seating is Limited**** If you reserve a seat and fail to appear by the start time of the class, your seat may be reassigned to a walk in student. Please notify the range as soon as possible if you expect to be late.

F.A.S.T. for Handguns (FireArms Safety Training) Time: 08:30 AM

This class replaces the NRA First Steps Course which has been discontinued by the NRA. The F.A.S.T. course for Handguns provides a general overview of the handgun. The course includes our range orientation. It will also provide operation information on the shooters specific handgun. The participant will learn general firearms safety and participate in a live fire exercise with our instructors. This course is required for all new members before they are permitted to shoot on the pistol range. The cost is $40. You will need note taking materials, your handgun and at least fifty rounds of ammunition for this course. You will also need ear and eye protection. Junior members who are at least twelve but under the age of 14 are restricted to 22 caliber firearms. A certificate of completion will be presented to each student who successful completes the program. **** Please Note **** Seating is Limited**** If you reserve a seat and fail to appear by the start time of the class, your seat may be reassigned to a walk in student. Defensive Shooting Skills Time: 08:30 AM

This a NEW OFFERING! PLEASE NOTE - YOU MUST HAVE COMPLETED BOTH OUR Two-Day BASIC AND Two - Day INTERMEDIATE CLASS TO REGISTER FOR THIS OFFERING! This course is a two day intensive shooting course designed to teach various shooting positions to effectively enhance survivability in an armed encounter. You must be proficient and familiar with the safe operation of your firearm and equipment. You must also be in good physical shape as this course will require repeated movement and physical exertion. Dress for the weather, wear old clothes with back pockets in your pants. This course will be held on Range 2. This is a rain or shine course! If you are not physically able to get up off the ground, or if you don't like the idea of shooting in the rain or lying on the wet ground, then this course is NOT for you. (THIS IS GOING TO BE FUN!) Day One; 8:15 AM til Noon Classroom Lecture (Lunch Break 45 Minutes) Day One; 12:45 PM until completion Live Fire Drills Day Two: 8:15 AM until completion Live Fire Exercises working on the skills learned on the previous day.(Lunch Break 45 Minutes) Equipment Requirements: 9MM, .40 S&W, .45 ACP Semi-Automatic Handgun only (NO Optics Iron Sight Only) Holster, Belt, Double Magazine Pouch, 3 Magazines, Eye an Ear Protection, Notebook, Pen and 350 rounds of ammunition.

Basic Shooting Skills (Two Day Course) Time: 08:30 AM

TWO DAY SCHOOL Our Basic Shooting Skills Class is a two day skill building Pistol Course with the full NRA Basic Pistol Class and a Law Enforcement type Holstering Class included. This Basic Shooting Skills course emphasizes firearms safety as do all of our classes. However this class goes the extra mile and includes instruction on basic marksmanship skills along with presenting the firearm from a holster and re-holstering. Class is taught from a law enforcement and personal defensive pistol perspective This course is a pre-requisite for our Intermediate and Defensive Shooting Skills Classes. Space is limited to just twelve shooters. Shooters will need the following: Service type handguns (No Single Action revolvers) Two extra magazines or speed loaders Service type Holster and Magazine pouch. eye and ear protection and 300 rounds of ammunition. We also suggest you bring a boxed or bagged lunch and plenty of water. Cost $80.00 per shooter.
